Thanks to the newly developed merlix Voice Multimedia System, the numerous advantages of the well-known merlix SMS/MMS Dialogue System can now also be used for speech services.  Extensive functions like Profiling and History Management boost the generation of regular customers and raise the efficiency of CRM measures.

At the same time, agents have the possibility to actively create dialogues, e.g. by the despatch of pictures or other multimedia contents and thereby greatly prolong hold times.  As with all merlix solutions, it is a web-based system that is easy to use and can be connected to all popular IVR systems.

It goes without saying that the merlix Voice Multimedia System is fully compatible with the merlix SMS/MMS Dialogue System.  This allows multi-channel services (Voice/SMS/MMS) also to be optimally supported.
